Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using any material provided by or operated by Dr. Beth Hedva and Finkleman Communications Ltd.
Introduction to Embodied Awareness:
Each Course consists of Sections and each Section has a multiple-choice quiz. Each quiz is designed to confirm your overall review of the material. At the end of each Course there is a multiple choice End of Course Exam. All answers are within the material. A passing grade is 75%
You may take the course for credit or not for credit. If you do not pass the course you are welcome to take the course again by signing up and paying the course fee. No course refunds are available. You will be billed in advance.
Your access to and use of the course is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Dr. Beth Hedva and Finkleman Comnunications Ltd. is not responsible for technical issues pertaining to the third party platform where the course is located. You agree to Contact WCEA Customer Service. The World Continuing Education Alliance is responsible for the deliver of this program.
Dr. Beth Hedva and Finkleman Communications have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Dr. Beth Hedva and Finkleman Communications Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
In the event that a participant has a grievance a complaint about a CE Program, including but not limited to complaints about the instructor, content of the course, facilities, and staff, or learning platform for online courses, the complaint shall be directed to Customer Service, who shall contact the complainant and attempt to resolve the issue directly with the complainant.

If a resolution satisfactory to the complainant cannot be reached, Customer Service will contact Dr Beth Hedva or her assignee at Dr. Beth Hedva and Finkleman Communications Ltd. and shall inform the complainant that the complaint will be brought to the attention of the Director of Training and Counseling Services. Dr Beth Hedva or her assignee will present the complaint, together with any attempted resolution, to the Director. The Director will determine a reasonable resolution of the complaint. The Director will communicate the proposed resolution to the complainant and to Dr. Beth Hedva or her assignee. A summary of complaints, should there be any, are reported to the CAMFT and kept in a password protected file for four years.
